CLOTTO SPONSORED BY KILL AGRICULTURAL LTD
No winner in the weekly clotto held last Sunday night in Micilins.
Numbers were; 4 8 16 25
25 Euros each to the following; Jimmy Power, Gortavickory, Sinead
Casey Knockeylan, Gusty Dee Shanbally,Mairead Coffey, Curraheen.
Sellers prizes to; Joan Walsh, Ballintlea and Jimmy Doocey, kilminion.
Jackpot next Sunday night 10,000 Euros in Crottys Inn at 10 o clock.

Deise Draw this Friday night hosted by Dungarvan G A A Club. Money to
be with Mairead Coffey by Friday please.

UNDERAGE NOTES
Training continues this Friday evening for nursery, and under 8 Girls.
 Our under 8 boys have 2 games this Friday evening at 6.30pm, one game
of hurling and one game of football against Abbeyside/Ballinacourty.
Make sure you bring your hurley and helmets.  Under 8's took part in a
football blitz last saturday in Carriagnore in the rain, but despite
the rain it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.  Our under 12's took part
in the first night of the football league in Abbeyside last friday
evening.  This Friday evening the 26th they will play in the second
night and the venue is Ring.  Under 13 hurlers have a final game to
play this coming week against Ring. Under 13 Football championship is
commencing in next week or two, training has already commenced and
notification will be sent weekly regarding training..
Anyone who has not handed in their sponsored walk cards can give them
to Patrick, Damien, Bernie or Colette.

We were defeated by the Nire last Saturday evening.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL SPONSORED BY CROTTYS INN
We defeated the Brickeys in the last game of the group.
We have now qualified for the semi final .

JUNIOR HURLING
We are playing Ballysaggart in hurling this Saturday at 4.30pm in Cappoquin

SCRAP METAL FUNDRAISER
The Club is holding a scrap metal collection on Saturday week the 3rd
of September from 9am to 5pm to help raise money for the building of a
spectator stand. We can help clean up your environment at no cost to
you. People are urged to collect any unwanted scrap metal   and donate
it to Kilrossanty GAA Club.   Here is a list of items accepted
Household items such as:  biscuit tins, steel oil tanks, empty drink
cans, metal coal buckets, empty food cans (washed), steel coal
bunkers, saucepans, steel window frames, kettles (not plastic),
boilers,  steel garden furniture, gas & electric cookers, gas heaters,
dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, microwaves, steel gutters, golf
irons, sink tops, ironing boards, clothes irons, radiators, solid fuel
cookers, copper, food mixers, brass ,electric knives, aluminium, cast
iron fireplaces, lead, bicycles, electric cable, go karts, sheep wire,
swing frames, trampolines, fencing wire, goal posts, lawnmowers,
buggies, prams, walkers, exercise equipment.
Farm & Building Machinery such as:  old cars, engines & parts,
batteries, gates, railway lines, corrugated iron, wheel barrows,
trailers, cement mixers, tractors, diggers, transport boxes, water
pumps, combine harvesters, electric motors, hay balers, silage balers,
blinders, hay turners, milk tanks, mowing machines, buckets, ploughs,
milking machines, toppers, milk coolers, agitators, ring feeders,
slurry tanks, barrels etc.
                                         IF ITS METAL WE WANT IT
Items that we cannot accept are: fridges, televisions, timber, tyres,
gas bottles, ceramics or household rubbish.
